Cynthia has almost 27 years of experience in higher education, having worked at Logan from 1999-2011 and then Missouri Baptist University from 2011 until 2022. She is experienced in working with traditional and nontraditional students, cultivating relationships, data management/analysis, and event planning. The return to Logan came in the fall of 2022 when she was offered an opportunity to work with the alumni she had helped recruit years ago.
Currently, she is a member of the Chesterfield Regional Chamber of Commerce, serving her second term on the Board of Directors.
Cynthia earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri – Columbia and an MBA from Missouri Baptist University.
