Ignite Performance and Health is a private clinic and strength training facility in Chesterfield, Missouri, serving adult men and women. Medical care, coached strength training, and nutrition coaching run as one plan by one team. Medical services include testosterone replacement therapy, hormone replacement therapy, menopause care, and medical weight loss with GLP-1 medication, provided under Medical Director oversight. Every plan starts with lab work and a body composition assessment.
