I’m Danny Carbaugh, I joined Polaris in November 2025 as a Client Solutions and Business Development Specialist.

I have a strong background in account management, sales strategy, and building long-term client partnerships across multiple industries. Over the years, I’ve supported organizations through everything from day-to-day relationship management to big-picture growth planning—helping clients navigate challenges, streamline processes, and find opportunities they didn’t know were there.
