About Us

INB, or Illinois National Bank, formed a loan production office in Chesterfield, MO in 2018. My focus is on growing loan (and depository) relationships with small to medium size businesses throughout the St. Louis Metro Region. INB has recently expanded to Florida and is chartered to lend money in all 50 states. As an SBA Preferred Lender, I am responsible for all SBA financing for INB. My experience spans 27 years in commercial financing. We differentiate from our competition with speed to market, sensible terms and condition, and strong pricing. INB believes in making its communities stronger. We participate in several chambers, support local Boards, and contribute to local charities.

Commonly-Financed Projects: multi-family, industrial warehouse, office space, business acquisitions, working capital loans, tenant improvement and ground-up construction financing, and SBA. Our lending limit is currently $30MM to any 1 customer with a focus on loans between $250,000 and $10,000,000.
