Since its founding in 2003 by a group of St. Louis-area doctors, Essence Healthcare has been exclusively focused on the Medicare community. Our Medicare Advantage plans offer complete protection, including valuable extras not offered by Original Medicare. Our drive to help members get healthy and stay that way, coupled with our strong collaboration with providers, enables us to provide better overall healthcare—resulting in better benefits, more savings and higher-quality care.

You must have Medicare Parts A and B and live in our service area to enroll in an Essence plan. Essence serves the greater St. Louis area, which includes many counties in Missouri and Illinois. Please contact Essence Randolph with any questions.
