About Us

Kimberly Best, RN, MA, is a state Supreme Court listed mediator (MO & TN), FINRA Arbitrator, and founder of Best Conflict Solutions, LLC. With a unique blend of healthcare expertise and advanced conflict resolution training, Kim transforms how individuals and organizations navigate disputes and build stronger relationships.

Her extensive education includes nursing, Clinical/Community Psychology from UNC Charlotte, an MA in Conflict Management from Lipscomb University, and specialized certificates from Pepperdine and Harvard Law School. She's trained in Transformative Mediation (Hofstra), Healthcare Mediation (USF), Restorative Practices (IIRP), and community conflict facilitation with the Department of Justice.

Best Conflict Solutions offers mediation, facilitation, restorative practices, conflict coaching/consulting, and organizational conflict management systems design, with a healthcare specialty. Kim's innovative Best Conflict Conversation Cards provide practical tools for navigating difficult conversations, making conflict resolution skills accessible to everyone.
