    OPC is hiring a part time Receptionist / Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. The current position will require the following duties:

    - greet and welcome patients in warm and welcoming manner

    - schedule patient appointments

    - answer and manage incoming calls

    - process payments

    - handle reschedule requests

    - conduct new patient phone intakes, process paperwork and follow ups

    - handle laser therapy protocols

    - renewal paperwork for the upcoming year

    - process functional medicine protocols

    - assist physicians when needed

    Additional essential functions are required within the position and can be provided and discussed after inquiry.

    Education: High school graduate; associate degree or higher would be a plus. Must be US work authorized.

    Approximately 20-25 hours per week:

    Monday and Wednesday (ending times are dependent upon physician treatment times) 1:00pm to 5:00pm; Thursday: 1:00pm - 6:00pm; off on Tuesdays and Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm

    (hours may vary depending upon patient needs / emergency appointments)

    Compensation: range based upon qualification $17.00 - $19.00 per hour (paid hourly not salary)
