St. Luke's Wellness Head 2 Toe

St. Luke’s Wellness Head 2 Toe (WH2T) is a community education program that promotes wellness for people living with risks for disease or those who care for them. This is a FREE, multi-session online program.
The foundation of WH2T is the belief that overall wellness is made possible through the practice of holistic healing. By making informed decisions at every level, you can achieve optimal health. The key is to create change when we learn, practice and commit.
