Register now for the 3v3 Slam Jam Basketball Tournament on July 29! Ages 10+!

Slam Jam is a 3v3 Basketball Tournament, sponsored by Nesquick, for boys and girls ages 10 and up of all skill levels. The tournament will be held on Saturday, July 29 at the Chesterfield Valley Athletic Complex from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. The tournament will run all day and will culminate with a title game on the championship court for each division. Food vendors, a kids play area, shaded relaxation station, and various competitions such as the three-point competition, dunk contest, and a skills challenge will go on throughout the day. All teams will play a minimum of three (3) games. The divisions will be divided up by age and gender. All games will be played on the parking lot located in the eastern portion of the complex.
 
REGISTRATION
Registration is available online or in person at Chesterfield City Hall. Teams will be divided by gender and age:  10/11, 12/13, 14/15, 16-18, 19+ (age as of July 29, 2017). The cost to participate will be $100 per team before June 1, 2017; $125 per team before July 1, 2017 and $140 per team before July 22, 2017. ADDITIONAL CONTESTS/CHALLENGES
All players interested in participating in the skills challenge, dunk contest or three point competition can register online as well. The cost to participate is $10 for each competition per participant and the competition will be divided by gender and age.
 
TEAM INFORMATION
All teams will be made up of a maximum of four players. All players must bring age identification to the event (photo ID, birth certificate, etc). Team schedules and other team swag will be provided at the check in table. The schedule will be posted to this page no later than July 26, 2017. Each team is guaranteed three games. First place teams in each division will receive player medals.
 
EQUIPMENT
Courts, hoops, and one game ball will be provided by the City of Chesterfield. Any additional equipment will be provided by the team.  It is highly recommended for all players to bring water and sunscreen.
