Join St. Luke's to celebrate American Heart Month and raise awareness about heart disease. Heart Strong is a free, three-part weekly WebEx series that will help you review lifestyle strategies to prevent heart disease and lower your risk for heart attack or stroke. A St. Luke's health and wellness coach will discuss heart-healthy habits with a cardiovascular physician each week. Expect to learn something new, have fun and set a plan for action on how to strengthen your heart.
