“From Shin Splints to Stress Fractures: How to train smart and avoid running injuries”

Come join us for a free educational session on Saturday March 25th at ApexNetwork
Physical Therapy to learn how to prevent common lower extremity injuries through an
interactive and educational session. We will discuss common mechanical faults seen in
runners, and teach important injury prevention exercises and corrective techniques to
provide you with the tools to stay injury free all season long.

This session will be led by ApexNetwork Physical Therapist, Angela Conlon. Angela will
guide you through a series of strengthening and injury prevention exercises, as well as
provide information how to correct form and biomechanics.
