Chesterfield Day Institute Ribbon Cutting

SSM Health Day Institute is a specialized outpatient rehabilitation program designed for individuals recovering from a traumatic injury or illness, who no longer require 24-hour nursing or acute rehabilitative care. Our comprehensive, multi-disciplinary team is comprised of physical therapists, occupational therapists,  speech therapists and recreation therapists,  who focus on building skills and maximizing independence in daily activities at home, work and in the community. The SSM Health Day Institute program is tailored to meet your individual needs and rehabilitation goals, provided in a safe, compassionate and supervised environment. The SSM Health Day Institute Program is part of the SSM Health Rehabilitation Network, a joint venture between SSM Health St. Louis and Select Medical.
