About Kimberly Best
Kimberly Best, RN, MA, is a mediator, conflict manager, speaker, trainer, and founder of Best Conflict Solutions, LLC. A registered nurse turned conflict resolution specialist, she holds an MA in Conflict Management from Lipscomb University and advanced training from Harvard Law School and Pepperdine University. Kim is a state court-listed mediator in Missouri and Tennessee, a FINRA arbitrator, adjunct faculty, and a national SHRM speaker. She's also the creator of Best Conflict Conversation Cards and author of "How to Live Forever: A Guide to Writing the Final Chapter of Your Life Story." Kim believes there aren't difficult people, just skills gaps, and she's on a mission to close them.
Additional parking in the lower parking lot of the north pointe pool and there is a sidewalk that comes directly to the event center and golf course.
