Kim is a state court-listed mediator in Missouri and Tennessee\, a FINRA arbitrator\, adjunct faculty\, and a national SHRM speaker. She's also the creator of Best Conflict Conversation Cards and author of "How to Live Forever: A Guide to Writing the Final Chapter of Your Life Story."
