From Couch to Championship: Overcoming Fitness Injuries

Signature Orthopedics has partnered with SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital and the Arthritis Foundation to offer a free community education event on sports medicine and injuries from high intensity exercise programs. Two local orthopedic physicians will present on injuries of the knees and shoulders, two areas commonly affected by high intensity fitness workouts and strength and interval training programs.
