Checking your lipids (or fats) is a very useful tool to help assess risk for heart attack and stroke. Learn how to take action for your heart health through this screening. It includes a lipid panel, which measures total cholesterol and HDL levels, LDL (bad cholesterol), triglycerides and blood sugar.
