Through the Two Maids Cleaning Experience\, our new members give customers the precious gift of time as well as continual positive energy. \n\n \n"Our Pay for Performance system is a unique tool which delivers consistent\, superior cleaning that doesn't deteriorate over time. After each clean\, you are asked to give a rating 1-10 on how well the clean went\; this rating\, and this rating alone\, determines the pay of our employees. Our Pay for Performance system sets you up to have best quality clean possible\, as our cleaners' pay depends upon it each and every time. \n\n \n\nEven more\, we hire cleaners who have strong character\, are family oriented and take pride in the work they do.\n\n \n\nWhen it comes to our impact\, we do more than just clean your home. We provide free cleaning to women experiencing cancer treatments through an organization called Cleaning for a Reason.
