I'm opening La Vie Vegan\, a 100% Vegan\, French-Inspired Bistro\, right in the heart of Main Street\, St. Charles!\n\n\n\nOur grand opening is scheduled for Friday\, March 14th (which also happens to be my birthday!  ). La Vie Vegan brings the charm of an authentic French bistro with a plant-based twist\, offering a variety of delicious\, made-from-scratch vegan dishes\, inspired by my French roots.\n\n\n\nOur mission is simple: to bring people together over incredible food\, proving that vegan cuisine can be just as indulgent\, flavorful\, and comforting as traditional French fare. Whether guests are long-time food lovers or new to plant-based dining\, we invite them to experience a taste of France\, completely reimagined.\n\n\n\nWe'd love to have your support and would be honored if you covered our opening!
