Nancy will share why strong soft skills and high emotional intelligence can make you the super human others will want to become.\n\n\n\nNancy is an empowering leadership and professional development\n\nconsultant. Highly dedicated and results oriented\, she has the skill and\n\npassion for helping individuals become more confident and successful\n\nin business and beyond.\n\nNancy combines her communications expertise with a pragmatic\n\napproach in a variety of important soft skill areas including verbal\,\n\nwritten and nonverbal communications\, emotional intelligence\,\n\netiquette and protocol\, time management\, and working with team\n\ndynamics. She helps clients focus on key adjustments that result in\n\nmeaningful impact and effectiveness.\n\nDrawing on her marketing and communications background\, over\n\n25 years' experience in leadership roles and a lifetime of personal\n\ngrowth\, Nancy has keen appreciation of mindset and the power it\n\nhas to change patterns of behavior. She focuses on building one's\n\nstrengths and minimizing weaknesses through enrichment\, feedback\,\n\nself-discovery\, and action plans.\n\nA graduate of the University of Missouri   Columbia School of\n\nJournalism and certified by The Protocol School of Washington\,\n\nNancy is an author of a children's book and a dynamic motivational\n\nspeaker. She appears monthly on CBS-affiliate KMOV's\, News 4\n\nGreat Day and the BIG550 KTRS radio. She is a source for many\n\nother print and TV media.\n\nNancy believes passionately in developing people\, especially their\n\ninterpersonal skills.
