DESCRIPTION:Since its inaugural event at Innsbrook in 2016\, Swim Across America St. Louis has raised over $1\,000\,000 to support cutting-edge research and clinical trials at St. Louis' Siteman Cancer Center\, with Team IBK consistently the top fund-raising participating team.\n\nSwimmers of all ages and skill levels are invited to take part in the 7th annual Open Water Event\, held on beautiful Alpine Lake. "Angel Swimmers" to accompany less experienced swimmers are available on request the day of the event. Olympic Gold Medalist Ryan Held will be among the guests of honor.\n\nDistances: .5 mile\, 1 mile\, 2 miles\n\nNot a swimmer?
