Meet 12:00pm on Levee on Edison Road Car Park entrance every Friday. The Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce has partnered up with Blue Ocean Fitness to create a lunchtime levee walk to help increase the overall health and wellness of employees and employers in the Chamber and network at the same time! Walk for just 30 minutes or the whole hour.

It’s Not Just About the Plan, It’s About the Execution By: Jack Hoffmann
Everyone knows that to build the house of your dreams you have to have a blueprint. You have to have a plan of the structure you want and all the other details. What if after taking great pains to design your dream home the general contractor released the concrete people, the carpenters, bricklayers and finishers to do their work on their own without seeing the blueprint or without any details on the specifics? What if nobody defined the structure for them, or their roles in the building plan? How do you think that house would turn out and would it be to your satisfaction?
While that example may seem ridiculous, it is no different than when you don’t have a business plan and an expressed visualization for the people in your organization who have to execute their job functions on a daily basis.
