IMPORTANT INFORMATION – READ CAREFULLY

CHESTERFIELD CHAMBER OF COMMERCE RESERVATION POLICY

Your involvement in Chamber functions is beneficial to you and to your company. It is an opportunity to socialize, network and advertise with your business peers.

 

Reservations are required for ALL functions. A reminder is faxed or emailed to members in advance. Your reservations may be made by fax, by calling the Chamber office or by visiting the Chamber website at www.chesterfieldmochamber.com. You may also pay in advance by mailing a check or calling the office with your credit card information.

 

First Thursday Coffee and Business After Hours

  • Free to members, $15 to non-members.
  • If you make a reservation and fail to attend without calling to cancel your reservation, you will be billed $15.
  • We encourage members to bring a guest. There is no charge for your guest; they will be held to the same regulations as a member.
  • If a guest fails to attend, the member will be charged $15.

 

General Membership Meeting

  • $20 to members; with early reservation
  • $25 to nonmembers.
  • $25 to members without reservations (walk-ins)
  • Reservations placed after 3 p.m. on the Monday before the meeting will automatically be charged $25.
  • If you make a reservation and fail to attend without calling to cancel your reservation, you will be billed an additional $5 above the normal fee.
  • Requests to be invoiced for the meeting will be charged an additional $5.

 

Business Over Breakfast

  • $25 to members
  • $30 to nonmembers
  • $35 to members for extended Business Over Breakfast workshops/seminars
  • $40  to nonmembers for extended Business Over Breakfast workshops/seminars
  • If you make a reservation and fail to attend without calling to cancel your reservation, you will be billed an additional $5 above the normal fee.
  • Requests to be invoiced for the event will be charged an additional $5.

 

Chesterfield Young Professionals Events

  • Chesterfield Young Professionals events follow the same reservation policies as other Chamber events.
  • If you make a reservation and fail to attend without calling to cancel your reservation, you will be billed at the non-member cost for the reservation.

 

CANCELLATIONS ARE REQUIRED 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE BY CALLING THE CHAMBER OFFICE AT 636-532-3399

 

Food and beverage is served at all events therefore an accurate account is necessary.
