Awareness, Community, Connections

How Can Leadership Chesterfield Benefit You?

Established by the Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Chesterfield is an informative, thought provoking and interactive program which is structured to challenge business professionals and community members while being immersed in the inner workings of the Chesterfield Community. Equally, the program is designed to build lasting professional and personal relationships and serves as a gateway for becoming more connected in the community.

Leadership Chesterfield is open to anyone in the community who desires exposure to the many facets of Chesterfield. For seven months, participants meet to better understand the issues, challenges and future plans of the Chesterfield Community. Program days are filled with exploration and dynamic interaction between participants. Participants meet once a month for program days that address the topics of: Government and Public Service; Community Organizations; History, Arts and Culture; Education and Training; Health Care and Quality of Life and Community Growth and Development vs. Transportation.

At conclusion of the seven month program, participants leave with an in-depth knowledge and appreciation for the Chesterfield community, lasting relationships, further developed leadership skills and increased exposure for business professional participants.
