Whether purchasing space on our brand-new, high traffic website, placing your ad in our well read print publications, or sponsoring one of our highly attended monthly or special events, the Chamber helps members reach the business community and political leaders through a variety of cost effective promotional vehicles:

The following opportunities are available:

Print and Publication Advertising:


  • Monthly General Membership Meeting Packet Flyers (Cost: $20 per month or $100 for six months. Payment due at time of delivery.)
    Members are encourage to provide 200 8 ½ in. by 11 in. flyers to the Chamber by the second Wednesday of the month to be included in the packets for the luncheon. Packets are distributed to all attendees. Please no post cards brochures. These will not be included.

     

  • Web site - The Chamber’s new web site hosts a vast array of opportunities for businesses. From the online directory to rotating banner ads, the new site serves as a cost efficient promotional resource. Web site advertising is sold once a year in the summer months.   • Online, Interactive Newsletter - Our monthly newsletter, The Vision includes the latest Chamber news, as well as notices from our members regarding business events. Read this publication to stay current on Chamber speakers and initiatives. Newsletter advertising is reasonable and is offered in a full-color, interactive format.

  • Bi-monthly Out and About Magazine® - Distributed to the Chesterfield residential community every other month, this printed publication highlights all Chamber events, community festivals and happenings, and also serves as the shopping, dining and entertainment guide for the area.   • Chesterfield Magazine - The Chesterfield Magazine serves as focal piece for visitors, tourists, transplants and others interested in the amenities of the community. Published bi-yearly, this glossy, 100-page, full-color magazine includes information on Chesterfield’s history, demographics, services, educational facilities, health care institutions and much more.   •  Chesterfield Map -Published bi-yearly by the Chamber, the Chesterfield Map serves as a guide for locals, visitors and tourists to the region. This full-color map folds out to showcase a detailed depiction of the Chesterfield region including street names and points of reference.     Monthly Events Sponsorships:

    The Chamber offers a variety of events on a monthly basis including First Thursday Coffees, Business After Hours, General Membership Meetings and Business Over Breakfast Seminars. Each event offers a unique opportunity to align members to the Chamber of Commerce.


    First Thursday Coffee -     (Cost $50.00) Held at a Chamber business the first Thursday of the month, this early-morning networking event is for the early risers. Sponsors are to host the event from 7:30 a.m.-9 a.m. while providing appropriate food and beverage for guests. The host should have adequate parking and space for all guests. Normal attendance on average is 100 guests. Sponsor dollars include all of the following: company mention in all email communications, mention in all event announcements and extended communications initiatives including Web site promotion.

    Business After Hours -(Cost $50.00) Held at a Chamber business, sponsors are to host the event from 5 p.m.-7 p.m. while providing appropriate food and beverage for guests. It is strongly encourage for beer and wine to be served. The host should have adequate parking and space for all guests. Normal attendance on average is 100 guests. Sponsor dollars include all of the following: company mention in all email communications, mention in all event announcements and extended communications initiatives including Web site promotion.

    General Membership Meeting -($300.00) General Membership Meetings are held at Forest Hills Country Club, the Doubletree Hotel and Conference Center or at Meadowbrook Country Club the third Wednesday of the month from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Meetings include organized networking, knowledgeable speakers and lunch. Sponsor dollars include all of the following: Business logo and company bio(roughly 100 words) on the front page of the Chamber’s monthly newsletter, company mention in all email communications, exclusive right to place company marketing materials at the luncheon at each place setting, opportunity to promote company for roughly 3 minutes at the luncheon, one complimentary lunch and company mention in all event announcements and extended communications initiatives including Web site promotion.

    Special Events Sponsorships:


    The Chamber hosts a variety of special events each year including the Annual Winter Festival Dinner and Auction, the Gumbo Flats Pumpkin Run, Concerts in Faust Park, the Annual Business EXPO and Showcase and the Annual Chamber Golf Tournament. Sponsorships help generate funds for the Chamber in order to provide additional membership services to its members and to continue to promote commerce in the Chesterfield area. The Chamber appreciates all sponsors and makes great strides in recognizing each sponsoring organization.

    Chamber special events sponsors receive the highest level of promotion and exposure that the Chamber can offer through various events. These benefits will provide businesses with a variety of high profile, cost-efficient advertising, promotional, and cross-promotional opportunities.
